Option 1: Auditing while Executing
This is for the company that needs to get off the ground yesterday. Our team begins building on a principle of 80/20, making optimizations while we begin gathering data at the same time.
This execution is based a monthly retainer structure limited by hours. We recommend a minimum engagement length of 3-months.
Option 2: Audit & Blueprint One-off
We know a lot of CMO’s and CEO’s know enough to be dangerous. We build out a full strategy based on what talent you have available hedged against both your strengths and your competitors data. These audits are based on a proprietary system we’ve worked hard in developing and frankly, they go past the jargon and basic optimization recommendations.
Turnaround can be between 2 weeks to a month depending on how quickly a company is able to supply data we need.
